A single word to explain my experience at this shop? Fantastic. Ben the manager was at the front when I walked in tonight. I needed vape supplies, and let me tell you, with all the different types of vape I have sometimes had to go to several shops in a day to get what I needed, but here at "smoke & vape" they are well stocked, had everything I needed and Ben provided assistance with knowledge and a kindness that proved to be a costumer first attitude. I left feeling happy and excited with my purchases and a feeling of being taken care of instead of feeling like I was being ripped off. Ben is wonderful and needs a raise, I came in a hour before closing and he made me feel like he was genuinely glad to see me and motivated to give me the best experience he could, with knowledgeable help and easy good I don't live in this area but I am here 2 times a week, and I will absolutely only be getting my vape and tobacco needs at this store exclusivel

Awesome spot.. I've been to a few vape stores recently over the past few weeks as I quit smoking cigs and went over to vaping.. I got a Smok prince stick and highly recommend it for day to day vaping. I learned some maintenance tricks on you tube and have been enjoying my new dual mesh coils with it- flavor and clouds (check!) I also use a Juul for when I'm running to meetings or just need a stronger nic fix.. I may move to a different system for that eventually... Anyway today I got Set Up!!! I've been wanting a decent box mod and got a Charon Smoant beautiful fit n finish/ touch screen done right.. and a big bad arse Smok cloud king beast tank.. the guys really went above and beyond the call of duty getting me comfortable with it.. as a new vaper it's important to me to support brick n mortar stores because there's nothing like 1-1 service vs just buying on line anonymously .. great guys there, and one had a cool female friend offering some comic relief to my investment.. never felt rushed. Super chill guys! Come here if you need something for sure..
